Amazing International Schoolchildren from two schools in Bangkok gave another truckload of fantastic gifts to needy children in Thailand
The children, teachers and parents at St Stephens International School in Bangkok have done it again! |
The second school to give happiness this year is Hampton International School, City campus, 21 Sathorn Soi 1 Thung Maha Mek, Sathorn Bangkok 10120, Thailand . We are delighted to say "A Very Big Thank You" to all the children and especially Ms. Amy for organising and coordinating donations and collection and Ms. Erin (school head) for helping needy children in Thailand via the Gift of Happiness Foundation. Plus one of the charity's main volunteers, Mr Nicol Burr who had a great part to play in making this wonderful donation possible! |
But now the new COVID crisis has hit the region, we have "TEMPORARILY" redirected the happiness to another needy group of people located in the (currently) COVID free location of Nakhon Sawan, a couple of hundred kilometres north of Bangkok.
There is still going to be enough gifts for the children in Samut Sakhon in storage at the Go Happiness Centre in Bangkok and the team of staff and volunteers will be delivering the gifts just as soon as they are allowed back to the region.

I know the children, teachers and many villagers who live in the places I normally give the shows are going to miss seeing the big fat foreigner who they have come to know very well as a kind-of Santa who makes a fool of himself around this time of year.
But all is not lost!... I sure will have a lot of shows to do when they let me back into Thailand and the people who are missing this years date with the Buffoon know full-well that I will be back in full swing just as soon as this pesky virus thing will allow it?
So until then, let us be thankful for being alive, safe and comfortable throughout this festive season and let's keep on planning a safe return to me giving more goodies and my shows to needy people in Thailand in the early part of 2021?
I wish all our wonderful followers and friends in Thailand, the UK and across the globe a very happy festive time and a much better new year in 2021!

I urge people to give the price of a card and postage to my charity which has suffered immensely from the effects of the pandemic.
"Believe me, the people I serve will truly appreciate whatever festive gift you give them!"
Support already given is very much appreciated, but we are still in great need of small, donations from anyone who can afford to help people in need, in Thailand.
