FACTS ABOUT THE GIFT OF HAPPINESS FOUNDATION

All volunteers, including our Founder and Director, Mr Eddie Haworth FRSA, work entirely unpaid and often contribute personally to cover operational costs.
The Foundation employs just three full-time staff: a Project Manager, a driver/handyman, and an administrative assistant. Their salaries are funded by our primary private sponsor, Mr Jan Hansen, and our corporate sponsor, Monroe Consulting Group, Bangkok.
Mr Jan Hansen personally covers all travel expenses for our Founder and Director, Eddie Haworth FRSA, enabling his regular journeys from his post-COVID base in Liverpool, UK, to Bangkok. Our corporate sponsor, Monroe Consulting Group, also contributes by supporting utilities and partial staff salaries at the Go Happiness Centre (office and warehouse). In addition, Monroe generously donated a pickup truck to the charity in 2015.
In July 2020, during the height of the COVID pandemic, Eddie sold his personal truck to keep aid projects running and cover essential costs not supported by our sponsors.
