Information about employees and volunteers
  • Gift of Happiness Foundation has two paid staff who are sponsored by Monroe Consulting Group
  • The Foundation is committed to supporting people who reside in some of the Bangkok slum areas. This commitment is achieved by employing additional drivers and trusted workers who live there whenever funds allow.
  • All other staff at the charity are unpaid volunteers, including the Founder/Director and entire board of trustees.  
  • Regular Gift of Happiness Foundation volunteers often attend the Go Happiness Centre to help with sorting goods and some attend aid giving projects on an occasional basis. We know all of them to be respected individuals who would never try to gain personal benefit from being associated with our organization. (See "Zero tolerance for fraudsters").
  • All volunteers at Gift of Happiness Foundation who have contact with the vulnerable people we serve must provide PNC/DBS certificates/declarations verified by our board of Trustees.​​

  • Supporting the charity's office and warehouse rent in Bangkok: Mr Jan ​Hansen, Mr Eddie Haworth FRSA, Mr Nicol Burr, Mrs Gale Bailey MBE and Mr Alan Lamin.
  • ​Mr Nicol Burr is also on-had to offer weekly hand-outs of essential goods to street-kids, old folks and disabled people who collect goods from the Charity office along Onnut Road, Bangkok

Unfortunately, we have experience of some people trying to gain financial benefit or personal merit by saying they are involved with our organization in some way.  We have even had some people presenting name cards and other fraudulent documents in the name of our properly registered charity.

Individuals or companies claiming to work for or representing our organization in any way whatsoever, and who might not be genuinely associated with Gift of Happiness Foundation, can quickly be verified by contacting us.
