| Eddie has some sad news to report...  | Go Happiness Founder, Eddie Haworth FRSA wishes to report the sad loss of one of his friends and long time neighbour in Bangkok, Khun Pimpa Samakan ย พิมพา สมากาล (Nicknamed Daing) who sadly succumbed to the Covid-19 virus just a few days ago. Some of our volunteers may have met Khun Pimpa and his many children and grandchildren when our office was located in the same building as his. Please message Eddie for him to pass on messages of condolences to the family. |

In fact, since the whole world changed back in 2020, the charity has constantly adjusted and changed it's way of helping those who cannot help themselves!
In the last few months, we have been concentrating on supporting the very needy slum dwellers who are living within safe traveling distance to the Go Happiness Centre in Bangkok.

Food Aid for Bangkok Slum communities...
Currently the charity is supporting two slum communities housing around 240 families who are often unable to earn any kind of a living because of Covid-19 restrictions.
Imagine how difficult is must be for people who are not only more susceptible to catching the virus than some of those living in high-rise condominiums within yards of their slums?
But they don't even have any health insurance or any means of even feeding themselves or their children during the times when they are not allowed to collect scrap or sell fruit by the roadside?

Gift of Happiness is still giving toys, clothing, educational supplies and much more to those who cannot get these basic essentials from anywhere else!
