Thursday 26th May 2011, Gift of happiness Foundation will visit Wat Preedalarm School (วัดปรีดาราม อ.นครหลวง) in the village of Baan Mae Lar (ต.แม่ลา) near Ayutthaya, Thailand.

This is our fourth visit to help these school-children. We will be joined by two members of the Bangkok British Women's Group, four GOHF volunteers and the Operations Director Eddie Haworth. Gift of Happiness Foundation will give the children some much needed educational equipment, toys, a TV & DVD player, educational DVD's and some non-perishable food.
The school was badly hit by serious flooding last year and is still in great need of some structural repairs. We will be surveying the damage and assessing how we may be able to help the children return to a better school life without further delay.
Funding for this trip will come from all volunteers attending.
We appeal for help to fund future repairs, purchase of educational equipment and uniforms for 50 children at this school.
