Bangkok Hotel Gives Another Truck Load to Happy Charity!

Orphans receive clean soft bedding and towels from Park Plaza Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok

The brilliant Park Plaza Sukhumvit Hotel did it again!
This week we collected another mega full load of great essential goods from the Park Plaza Sukhumvit Hotel in downtown Bangkok. The great staff and management at this hotel have given our charity some fantastic support for the past couple years and we have collected around eight or ten truck loads of bedding, towels, slippers, clothing, toiletries and even left unclaimed luggage.

Mr. Surachai Sakhayang (Tao) Bellman, Mr. Sitthisak Sanohwatee (Nui) Messenger, Mr. Pratchaya artsongkham  Security Guard, Ms. Yanin Priwan (Mail) Receptionist, Panada Boonthaveesit (Lek) Secretary and General Manager Veronique Sirault. 

All these important goods collected in the last year or so have been given to some very appreciative people who are living in seriously harsh conditions mainly in the North of Thailand.

Proud workmen & Gift of Happiness Foundation completed the construction of new toilets at  P’ Ya Naung village 2014.
Now we give the kids new bedding and much more donated again by Park Plaza Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok!

This months load will go to the girls and boys dormitories (around 260 kids) where we built new toilets last year.

We will re-visit this remote jungle bamboo hut village called P’ Ya Naung again during our April 26th to 30th aid giving project tour to the area of Mae Sot in Tak Province, North Thailand.
(The village name means “Buddha’s Mountain”.)
