Diligently waiting for the “Cargo of Happiness” to arrive?
Gift of Happiness Foundation produced another aid giving project serving just over 500 children in need who are living in Samut Sakhon province, around 50 kilometres south of Bangkok, Thailand. The Charity gave a couple of truckloads of essential aid to the children and teachers at the Thai Wisdom-Mon Learning Center (Wat Khok) and a Multicultural Learning Center located near Samut Sakhon.

| Project report by Renato G Porzio, Bangkok. 13.03.2019: Yesterday I was delighted to have the chance to join Founder, Eddie Haworth on the GoHF aid giving project proving vital support to children in need attending two Learning Centres in Samut Sakhon, south of Bangkok. We were on the road early morning, and, after the usual “pleasant” Bangkok traffic, we hit route 32 which took us straight to a school annexed to a Temple. A couple of turns, a railway crossing, and there we were at “Wat Khok” school, where we were welcomed by tens of children aged between 3 and 15, who had been very diligently waiting for the “cargo of happiness” to arrive. There we unloaded tons of clothes, toys, educational material, bicycles, furniture, computers, printers, laptops and lots of bedding, towels and even a few school desks. |  |
The goodies will serve 500 children housed in the two schools, the other being the “Multicultural Learning Centre for Children in need”.
No words can describe the excitement and happiness expressed by the children, and their teacher Khun Vee. The photos speak by themselves. Well done, Eddie and the “Gift of Happiness Foundation”. It is indeed true that “We All Laugh In The Same Language”.
