ESSENTIALS SENT TO DESPERATE FAMILIES IN N.E THAILAND!

THE GIFT OF HAPPINESS FOUNDATION HAVE JUST RECEIVED A FEW PHOTOS OF SOME CHILDREN WHO RECEIVED MUCH-NEEDED CLOTHING...

Baan Yang Theiy, Chaiyaphum located in central north-eastern Thailand, close to Khon Kaen and Nakhon Ratchasima provinces.

NEW CLOTHING FOR CHILDREN IN A SMALL VILLAGE NEAR CHAIYAPHUM, N.E THAILAND

Since the pandemic has taken ALL our monthly cash donors away from us and the founder is no longer earning money to fund our monthly aid-giving projects, we have had to devise new ways of getting essentials to very needy people who live a long way from our base in Bangkok.

As we simply could not afford to send a vanload of essentials to these desperately poor families in a small village near Chaiyaphum, so we sent a large package of children's clothing by post.

(The cost of postage was covered by volunteers and staff at the Gift of Happiness Foundation)

FACT! All volunteers including Mr. Eddie Haworth FRSA, Founder/Director at GoHF are totally unpaid and often make personal contributions towards operational costs.
FACT! GoHF has only two full time staff, a driver/handyman & administration assistant who are both paid by our only corporate sponsor, Monroe Consulting Group, Bangkok. Monroe also supports the rent and utilities at the Go Happiness Centre/office/warehouse and provided the charity with a pickup truck in 2015.
FACT! Due to the COVID Pandemic, Eddie Haworth FRSA sold his personal truck in July 2020 because he needed to free up funds to cover aid giving project, maintenance and general running costs that are not covered by Monroe Consulting Group.
