Show and donation hand-out at a remote Thai/Karen School way-up in the mountains of North Central Thailand

Here's a bunch of pictures taken when we visited the remote Thai/Karen School - Baan Huay Din Dum in Suphanburi province, Thailand. We gave them two truck-loads of clothing, toys, educational equipment, food and even some cash to buy more food for the 200+children. These pictures show the children having a great day and loads of volunteers who were happy to help.

A tour of small migrant communities and schools in the high mountains of northern Thailand.

The first show of the tour was held in the dark using headlights from all three of our 4x4 trucks. This followed a hard drive along the mountain track up-to the summit of Doi Inthanon Mountain.
(At 8,500 feet above sea level)

Temperatures were down to 5°c when some of these pictures were taken showing our volunteers camping under a small wooden shelter and the children at breakfast before going to school next day

Some of our visits to remote schools where we gave the children a great day of fun and donations of goods from the big city.

FACT! All volunteers including Mr. Eddie Haworth FRSA, Founder/Director at GoHF are totally unpaid and often make personal contributions towards operational costs.
FACT! GoHF has only two full time staff, a driver/handyman & administration assistant who are both paid by our only corporate sponsor, Monroe Consulting Group, Bangkok. Monroe also supports the salaries and utilities at the Go Happiness Centre/office/warehouse and provided the charity with a pickup truck in 2015.
FACT! Due to the COVID Pandemic, Eddie Haworth FRSA sold his personal truck in July 2020 because he needed to free up funds to cover aid giving project, maintenance and general running costs that are not covered by Monroe Consulting Group.
