When you write or change your Will.  You will want to be sure that your hard earned assets will be used by people and organisations that you trust to use those assets in the way you intended.

Where will your bequeathment to the Gift of Happiness Foundation go?
We’re entirely funded by donations that provide vital funds for our many on-going projects.  Our small unpaid dedicated team of volunteers ensures that... "All contributions go directly to the people who are in most need".  There are no individuals or large administration departments squandering donated money or assets on unnecessary travel, fancy conferences or any other wasteful activities.  Even our legal, accountancy and I.T. services are provided at the lowest possible cost.  We also offer an open door policy to anyone wishing to see our full accounts.

Ways to give through Your Will
The Gift of Happiness Foundation encourages you to seek assistance from your financial advisor, or Lawyer to determine the best assets to use with respect to your overall financial and tax situation.

Examples of outright bequests:

1. I give, devise, and bequeath which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, to Gift of Happiness Foundation (Registration number: Kor Tor 1914. VAT: 3-0337-6259-4) a non profit organisation existing under the laws of Thailand, and with current address of 30, Sukhumvit Soi 18, Klong Toey, Bangkok 10110. Thailand the sum of: (Any amount here) and/or the following described property: (Money, Items of value, investments or property here).
2. Bequest of residuary estate: All of the rest, residue, and reminder of my estate, both real and personal property of whatever kind and where so ever situated, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to Gift of Happiness Foundation… Kor Tor 1914… (Money, Items of value, investments or property here).
3. Bequest of percentage of residuary estate: All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal property of whatever kind and where so ever situated, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, I give, devised and bequeath to Gift of Happiness Foundation… Kor Tor 1914…, as follows: (Money, Items of value, investments or property here).
